1924 WINTER GAMES Patrol Team 3 February 3rd-7th 6th Grade Reading: "NUMBER THE STARS"  Period 1 -Read chapter 8. Make 3 quiz questions from  the  chapter. Period 2- Read chapters 8 and 9. Make 3 quiz  questions from each chapter.  7th Grade Reading: "THE CAY"  Make 6 quiz questions  from  chapters 9, 10,  and 11 ( 2 each).   BE CREATIVE! 6th Grade Science: "HEAT" Read the chapter 2 times. The test is next Friday. Did you complete the BINGO sheet? Can you answer this question? As temperature rises by degree, the most expansion occurs  in _ _ _ _ _. 7th Grade Science: "MOTION" The test is Wednesday. 8th Grade Science: "HUMAN BODY" Complete worksheet 2-3.  'What is this?" 6th Grade Reading: "NUMBER THE STARS"  Read chapter 7. 7th Grade Reading: "THE CAY" Read chapter 8 and complete the worksheet. 6th Grade Science: Complete chapter review 1-10 (ANSWERS ONLY). Fill in the BINGO SHEET. The test is Friday, February 7th. Did you do extra credit note cards yet? 7th Grade Science: Complete chapter review 1-15 (answers only). 8th Grade Science: Complete 2-1 worksheet . 6th Grade Reading: Please study for the quiz. It is on chapters 5 and 6. Complete the VENN diagram. Compare your life to a character in the book-"Number the Stars." 7th Grade Reading: "THE  CAY" Complete worksheet on chapters 6 and 7. 6th Grade Science: "HEAT" Complete the vocabulary in  chapter 1. The test will be next Friday. You should start making  flashcards. They are an excellent study tool. You will receive 3 extra credit points. 7th Grade Science: "MOTION" Finish the homework from last week. You will have a test next week on this chapter. 8th Grade Science: Finish the homework from last week. How many medals will team USA  receive at the Olympics? I will see you tomorrow. State Science Fair- 2013   SCIENCE FAIR IS 4 DAYS AWAY!   Please keep practicing your speech. Here are a few things to  remember.   1. Please bring your science fair board to school on Wednesday. We will set up in the PMC during science class.     2. Please wear your uniform to school on Thursday. Please look your best. You will be judged by people in uniform.     3. All 7th and 8th graders, please remember to bring 3 copies of your paper to school on Thursday.     4. The open house for families will begin at 7 p. m. Thursday night. This is when all students will receive a ribbon. Best in class medals (1st, 2nd, and 3rd place) will also be given out.   5. Please wear your Sunday Best on Thursday night for the open house.     I will see you tomorrow. I am very proud of everyone. Keep up the good work! I am looking forward to a successful SCIENCE FAIR.   Mrs. Bargamian
