6th  Grade Reading: "The Cay" Please read chapters 2-3.  Draw and explain an event that happened in each chapter. For the rest of the week, I will write the homework on the chalkboard for reading class . Tomorrow is the Egg Drop for 8th grade. Science Classes No Homework this week. Enjoy! Mrs. Bargamian

6th Grade Reading: We will focus on "The Diary of Anne Frank" this week. There will not be homework  this week if you finish your daily work in class. Your project is due Saturday if you did not  share  it yet. Please read chapter 1- "The Cay."  I will ask a GOOGLE CLASSROOM  question on Monday about the chapter.  Complete MyOn and the response Journal by Monday. 6th Grade Science: "Interactions of Light" There will not be homework this week in science if you finish your daily work in class. 7th Grade Science:  "Work, Energy, and Machines" There will not be homework this week in science if you finish your dialy work in class. What are they doing? 8th Grade Sceince: Please work on your egg drop project. The egg drop is next Tuesday, May 23rd. Also, next Monday in science class we will make  "smoothies". Please remember to bring  your ingredient you signed up to bring.

Happy "May Day!" 6th Grade Reading:  Reseach how the plane in "Hatchet" is part of the story.  Be creative and look in the book for examples. 6th Grade Science: Complete flip charts- zipline diagram and  your illustration of a food that contains vitamin D. Start workbook pages. You will have time in class tomorrow to complete your work.  7th Grade Science: Complete flipbook. Complete the question-" How pressure poses a hazard on climbers."   You will hand this  to me tomorrow  or you can share a Goggle Document with me.
