6th Grade Reading: "The Watsons go to Birmingham-1963"
Please draw a scene from chapters 10 and 11.  Also, write a caption under your pictures.  Be creative!


7th Grade Reading: " The Giver"
Please complete the coat of arms.
Please do not use the character Jonas on your coat of arms.  Be creative!
Define 10 words from section 4. The vocab test will be next week.
Do you know what admonition, ominous, imploring and torrent mean?
Please study these words!




6th Grade Science:
Please look at  pages 44-55. Look at the timeline.
State 4 events that you find interesting. State what branch of science it is from.
Is it Life Science, Physical Science, Earth Science, or the Human body?

How did you do on the quiz?  What element is number 11?


7th Grade Science:
"Measuring Matter"
Read 1-2.
Also complete sample problems #1 and #2 on page 27.
Also, complete section 2 review.



8th Grade Science:
Are you ready for the test?
Did you finish the vocabulary?
Did you complete extra credit note cards?
Define true-breeding plants.
