6th Grade Reading:

Complete reading workbook pages 12 and 13.

Period 1- Write a paragraph using  tendrils and painstaking. The paragraph must be 4 sentences or more. 

Period 2 -Write a paragraph using rasping and gingerly. It must be 4 sentences or more. Please turn these paragraphs in when you take the short test tomorrow. 

7th Grade Reading- Write 5 facts about Ernest Hemingway.  Write these in your  reading notebook.
Also, read the story "Seventh Grade".

6th Grade Science: "Stars"

Please complete page 37. Study for the short quiz on lesson 3.

7th Grade Science: "Erosion"

Please study for the quiz on lesson 3.

8th Grade Science: "Science and Society"

Please study for the short quiz on lesson 4.
Complete lesson 4.

Explain hydroponics. Write a paragraph on it ( 5 sentences or more).  How is it helpful? Where is it used? Are plants grown only in water?
