September 28, 2016 Happy Wednesday

6th Grade Reading 
The test is next Monday. Please study the guide questions we talked about in class. Did you write them down in your notebook?
Tomorrow you will have 15 minutes in class  to finish the activity using the Atlas. 
How many minutes did you read so far on MyOn this week? I showed you today how many minutes you have read  so far this week.  Keep up the good work! Work on the 3 menu items that are due Monday. 

6th Grade Science:
Complete a 4 square  diagram on umbra and penumbra. Look at R24 for guidance, if necessary.

Please log on to  THINK CENTRAL at home.
We did it today in class together.

 filling in  your  tri-fold paper: WHAT I  KNOW- WHAT I WANT TO KNOW AND LEARNED ABOUT (KWL) the moon. You will turn this in next week.


7th Grade Science:
Please view digital lesson #2 and take 1 page of notes on the lesson. Also, complete a four square  diagram on abrasion as it is used in this lesson.



8th Grade Science:
Continue yesterdays homework. Be creative and specific  when completing your work.


STEM:
4th -5th Grade
State 3-5 facts on the John Hancock building. Sketch the image of the building in your notebook.



6th Grade
State 5 facts  about the John Hancock building. Draw the image of the John Hancock building  on the graph paper that I gave you.



8th Grade
State 10 interesting and specific  facts on the John Hancock Building.
