Have a good weekend! 6th Grade Reading- Please name the states  the Watsons visited on their way to Alabama. Please name an interesting fact about each state. 7th Grade Reading- Complete "TUFF" poster and complete Outsiders conversations. There will be a test  Thursday on "THE OUTSIDERS." 6th Grade Science- Draw a plant cell (page A 21). Please color and label  the plant cell. Please know the difference between a plant cell and an animal cell. Also, read lesson 3 (pages A20-A23). Chapter 1 vocabulary will be due on Wednesday, 9/19/21. 6th Grade Reading: "The Cay" Read chapter 4. Complete quiz time- one side only-page 10. Are you reading an A. R. book? You need to take 2 A. R. tests by February 25th. (The 2nd trimester ends February 26th.) You must pass them in order to receive the correct number of A. R. points. Please make sure you are reading A. R. books that are at your reading level. Please ask me if you have any questions . 7th Grade Reading: Complete the worksheet on chapter 3. Are you reading an A. R. book? You need to pass to A. R. tests by February 25th. The 2nd trimester ends February 26th. The books must be at your reading level . Science Classes Did you present yet? Looking forward to next week. 6th Grade Reading: Students will read "Courage in the News." Please take notes on this article. Please state : who, where, why, what and when did this take place. 7th Grade Reading: "Names and Nombres" Please complete #3 on page 43. Also, complete 1-5 on page 44 (vocab). Please read the story. There will be a short quiz. 6th Grade Science: Please complete boggler and assessment on section 4. 7th Grade Science: Read 3-1. There will be a short quiz on section 3-1. Know the chemical symbols # 19, #11, #26. 8th Grade Science: Read 3-2. Find 5 facts on Ryan White. Start thinking about your science fair topic. I will see you tomorrow. Mrs. Bargamian 7th Graders Please arrive to school on Thursday at 7:20. If you have patrol, please get a sub for morning and afternoon duty. We will leave at 7:30 and return and 4:00.
